Order photo prints from your iPhone using the Walgreens App

hi folks in one of my photography
classes i had talked about
how easy it was to order photo prints
using the walgreens app so rather than
walking into
your you know local pharmacy and
fumbling with your phone and cables and
all kinds of things
how about just ordering those photo prints
directly from your iphone and then just
going over and picking them up so i
wanted to do a really quick
demonstration
on on what that process would look like
and so the the idea behind this
recipe is that you can literally order
photo prints directly from your photo prints library
using the walgreens app now there's a
couple of setup components
that you need for this number one you
need to
have a walgreens account with an email
password
that you can set up at walgreens.com
number two
you do need to install the walgreens app
and you can find that
like all of your apps at the apple app
store
number three you need to log into your
app with your account information so
that that
is established so your identity is
established without having to
enter it and then finally a tip is that
i would recommend that you go to
walgreens.com and look for any discount
coupon codes
that are available so oftentimes you
will see that walgreens offers all of
their photo prints products at 50
off or or certain deals on different
types of photo prints
they won't present those coupon codes to
you in the app right so that
if you have them going into the app in
the process
you'll be able to take advantage of
those discounts
all right so let's let's talk about the
the process
of photo prints number one you're
going to identify some photo prints that you
want to
use and from that point you're actually
going to
launch the walgreens app and when you
get into the walgreens app you're going
to go down to the lower right hand
corner
and look for the photo prints
icon and then you're going to tap on
photo prints or whatever product it is that
you want to choose
and then how do you get your photo prints you
select on your
device and and that will bring you to a
place where you can choose a recent
or if you want you can tap all photo prints in
order to select
from your albums you scroll down the
album list find it
and eventually you tap on the photo prints that
you want to select for
printing and finally you click on next
all right then you on the order screen
and that
means that you can choose the size and
notice that you can see the pricing when
you do that
you can select the quantity and then
finally
you want to go to the upper right hand
corner of the screen and tap
add promo code and this will be a place
where you can type in that promo code
that you
got from the website you tap on apply
and you come back and notice the price
change
then you are going to tap on
the next button and then this will give
you another place
where you can review your order and you
just walk through
check out the details and finally click
on submit order
that will bring you to a screen that
says the photo prints order is submitted
you can confirm the details tap on
done now there's one other handy thing
that comes with
this process in that if you take a
minute go over to your mail app find an
email from
walgreens in your photo prints inbox you can
tap the email to read it and confirm
that walgreens has received your
order and get ready to stop by your
local
store and those photo prints should be ready
oftentimes within
an hour or so right as always if you
